Lowes Sapphire Falls Temporarily Suspending Operetions

Just announced to say, Lowes Sapphire Falls will be temporarily suspending operations from February 9, 2021 to May 18, 2021

For guests who have an active reservation within these dates, their reservation can be modified to enjoy a complementary upgrade** to the Premier Hotel Lowes Royal Pacific Resort. A modification to the hotel over the same arrival and departure dates will honor the existing room rate, and guests will receive the additional Universal Orlando theme park benefits that come with staying at a Premier Hotel, to include Universal Express Pass.

Lowes Sapphire Falls joins Universal’s Aventura Hotel and Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites which have already temporarily suspended operations.

**Complimentary upgrade to a Premier Hotel is valid with travel through 5/17/21 for existing reservations at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. In order to receive this upgrade and maintain the room rate, the guest reservation must retain the original arrival and departure dates on their reservation. A room type of equal or lower value will be offered, all room types are subject to availability. If a guest chooses alternate travel dates or hotels, the complimentary upgrade to a Premier hotel is no longer valid, and the rate is subject to change. Offer must be booked 7 days prior to the original arrival date. No group rates apply. Offer is non-transferable. Any unused credit is non-transferable and non-refundable and forfeited if not used. All prices and options are subject to availability and change without notice. Additional restrictions may apply.
